July 2022 marks the first month in over 2 years where the median home price fell in virtually all Palm Beach County cities. This is, of course, great news for buyers and not so great for sellers. The lesson here seems to be, if you're a seller waiting for peak market, it may be upon us. This is mainly due to 8.5% inflation and rising interest rates. There are, however, certain other cities that are relatively unaffected, such as Palm Beach Gardens, which boasts 11.5% month-over-month and 37.8% year-over-year returns.
